Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible to ensure that the service systems are operating efficiently at all times and that the program of maintenance is delivered on time and of quality. The post will consist of maintenance work such as repairs and general maintenance work. The role will also encompass electrical installations, alterations, repairs and system maintenance, plumbing and other maintenance related work. We are looking for an ambitious person who can work well within a team environment and who is capable of taking responsibility for their work.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate from a technical college.
- License A or equivalent would be considered an asset.
- Experience in maintenance work.
- Skilled in the use of off-hand and power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Ability to disassemble machinery, equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Knowledge plastering would be considered an asset.
- Good interpersonal, organisational and management skills.
- Fluency in spoken Maltese and English.
