The St John’s Co-Cathedral Foundation is delighted to announce that it has successfully retained the Equality Mark certification. The certification is awarded by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) which recognises the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace environment that prioritises gender equality and family-friendly practices.

The Equality Mark is granted to organisations that demonstrate a strong dedication to implementing policies and procedures that promote equal opportunities for all. The Foundation has consistently met and exceeded these standards, earning the certification for a three-year period.
